To tell you all about myself would be nothing less than a novel.
Besides being a lifelong learner, I have a wide variety of interests outside my professional self. My hobbies include: reading, traveling, sailing, kayaking, cooking, art, spending time with friends and family, and so much more. I seek out life’s great experiences. It’s not often you will see me just sitting around letting the dust collect – unless of course I am on a beach. Then let that sand blow and gather amongst my toes as I read my latest novel.
I am a go-getter, a high-achiever – a person always working to better myself. I recently read a book called Fierce Conversations – At Work and Home. It guided me to take a long look at my core values and beliefs, so I could align my dreams. Trust me the hardest conversation to have is one with yourself. It truly changed the way I spoke with people in both aspects of my life. I recommend it to all professionals.
If I were to choose a piece of literature to represent my life it would be: “The Road Less Travelled” by Robert Frost. I always forge my own path while learning from others. Each and every faucet of my life has been a journey to who I am today.
It’s time to write the next chapter in the novel of life! INTERNATIONAL TEACHING IS CALLING!
